Meet the team

Alcomis is led by Phelim O’Halloran. Phelim is a marketing expert and leader with nearly 20 years experience. He’s worked for major multinational brands including eBookers, Groupon and Indeed in senior marketing management positions. His areas of expertise include branding, advertising, CRM, digital, marketing technology and analytics.

In 2022, Phelim made the decision to move away from these global brands to see if his skills could help closer to home. His passion now is seeing how Alcomis can help non-for-profit organisations and SME’s achieve their goals. He also has experience in serving as a voluntary board trustee for charitable organisations.

Alcomis was founded in 2007 by Liam O’Halloran, an experienced company director and senior manager. Over 20 years the company provided services and consultancy in Financial Management, Business Planning & Investment, IT Systems & Implementation, Business Development and Trade Mission Support.
